We cover new roof installation, re-roofing, roof replacement, roof extensions and upgrades, residential, commercial and industrial roofing, the full range of metal roofing systems including Colorbond® and Zincalume®, plus guttering, downpipes, box gutters, sumps, rainheads, capping and flashings.

We are based in Dandenong VIC 3175 and work throughout the south-eastern suburbs and greater Melbourne, including Noble Park, Springvale, Keysborough, Narre Warren, Berwick and Cranbourne. Send us your address and we will confirm.
03Are you qualified, licensed and insured?+
Yes. Iron Ridge Roofing is qualified, licensed and fully insured. We are happy to provide licence and insurance documentation in writing alongside your quote.
04Do you charge for quotes?+
No. Site inspections and written quotes are free and obligation-free. We measure the roof properly and give you an itemised price rather than a rough figure over the phone.
05How long does a roof replacement take?+
A standard residential re-roof usually runs three to five working days depending on size, pitch, access and weather. Commercial and industrial projects are staged around your operations, and the expected timeframe is written into your quote.
06Which metal roofing materials do you install?+
Colorbond®, Zincalume®, zinc, steel, aluminium and galvanized roofing, in Lysaght®, Trimdek®, Klip-Lok®, Custom Orb®, corrugated and standing seam profiles. We will recommend the right one for your pitch, span and exposure.
07Can you replace an existing tile roof with metal?+
Yes, and it is one of the most common jobs we do. We check the frame can take the change, remove the tiles, install battens, sarking and new metal sheeting, then re-do the capping and drainage to suit.
08Do you handle gutters and roof drainage?+
We do — guttering, gutter guard, box gutters, sumps, rainheads and downpipes, plus the capping and flashings that make the whole system watertight. Drainage is where most roofs fail, so we size and fall it properly.
09Do you work with builders on new projects?+
Yes. We provide roofing trade services for new homes, extensions and custom builds, coordinating specifications and timing with builders, owners and other trades.
